Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
Any message content you submit via our contact or print enquiry forms

To process and fulfil your digital download order
To send you your purchase receipt and download link
To respond to print enquiries or booking requests
To contact you about your order if there is an issue

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's encrypted servers and are never stored or seen by us. Stripe's privacy policy can be viewed at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Digital Downloads

After purchase your download link is delivered by email. Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have difficulty accessing your download please contact us.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for the shop to function (e.g. your cart session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Digital Downloads

All photos sold on this website are digital downloads. Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing a secure download link to your full resolution image file. Download links expire after 30 days — please save your file promptly.

Licence — Personal Use

Each purchased photo is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes:

Printing for personal display (framing, albums)
Sharing on personal social media with photographer credit
Use in personal race reports or hobby publications

The following are not permitted without a separate commercial licence:

Use in advertising, sponsorship materials, or commercial promotions
Resale or redistribution of the image
Removal of watermark from preview images

Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Grays Motorsports Photography. Purchase of a download does not transfer copyright or ownership of the image.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been accessed. If you have a genuine issue with your purchase (wrong file delivered, corrupted download etc.) please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Bundle Pricing

Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of photos in your cart. Bundles must be purchased in a single transaction — discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to separate orders.

Physical Prints

Physical print orders are handled on a bespoke basis. Pricing, sizing, and delivery will be agreed individually via email before any payment is taken. Print orders are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
